William Bonac – Complete Profile: Height, Weight, Biography

William Bonac was born on May 18, 1982, in the West African state of Ghana. When William was still a child, his family emigrated to Europe and settled in the Netherlands. As a child, Bonac was fond of various sports but opted for bodybuilding.

In 2008, at the age of 26, William had already competed in serious European bodybuilding championships. At the “European Championship” according to IBFA, William Bonac took 4th place, in the same year he became fourth at the “Universe” tournament (“Universe”) of the same federation. In 2009, Bonac took first place in the “Universe” tournament in his category and in the overall standings. There was nowhere for him to grow further in this federation, and William decided to take a timeout for several years to seriously prepare for participation in professional IFBB tournaments. In 2011, William Bonac made his debut at the Arnold Amateur tournament held by the IFBB. The athlete took third place in the heavyweight category and received a professional card as an exception.

William Bonac is a rapidly progressing athlete. In 2014, he won his first professional win at the Grand Prix Golden State (IFBB). In the same year, William took part in the Mr. Olympia tournament for the first time and became 15th.

William Bonac earned the nickname “New Giant Killer”. Bonac trains under the guidance of the famous trainer Neil Hill, the author of the Y3T training system (“Yoda 3 Training”), and the personal trainer of the multiple Olympia 212 champion Flex Lewis. William Bonac is predicted to have a great future, his main victories are yet to come.
