Bodybuilder William Bonac Shares His Bulking Diet in preparation for Mr. Olympia 2022

William Bonac has big plans for Olympia 2022, recently on Youtube Bonac shared the diet for gaining muscle mass that he used in preparation for Olympia 2022, which will be held from December 15 to 18 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bonac fought the toughest bodybuilders throughout his career. The win in Arnold Classic 2020 overtook such athletes as Olympia champion Big Ramy, as well as Dexter Jackson. William Bonac is a big threat on the stage to any of the TOP bodybuilders to date.

Last year, William Bonac took only 6th place at the Olympia 2021, he was beaten by such athletes as Brandon Curry, Hadi Choopan, and young athlete Nick Walker.

After winning the Boston pro, Bonac automatically qualified for the 2022 Olympia.
Bonac promised to correct his gynecomastia and control his stomach, he believes that these reasons prevented him from taking first place at the Arnold Classic 2022.

William Bonac’s Full Day of Eating in preparation for Olympia!

Meal #1: Total Cal: 741 cal, Fat: 38 gr, Carb: 61 gr. Protein: 38 gr.

William Bonac starts his day with a protein breakfast, he eats 6 eggs with three yolks and adds 300 gr. Baked potatoes.

I can also eat some oatmeal with steak, Bonac told his YouTubers.

  • 300 gr. potatoes;
  • 3 Eggs yolk;
  • 3 egg whites.

Meal #2: Total Cal: 678 cal, Fat: 6 gr, Carb: 84 gr. Protein: 65 gr.

My second meal is usually a protein, it includes meat and some rice, I can also replace meat with fish.

  • 300 gr. rice;
  • 250 gr. fish (or meat).

Meal #3: Total Cal: 873 cal, Fat: 20 gr, Carb: 83 gr. Protein: 83 gr.

The third meal is one of the most important and most of all includes protein about 300 gr. Rice, and 250 gr. Steak.

  • 300 gr. white rice
  • 250 gr. steak

Meal #4: Total Cal: 1011 Fat: cal.20 gr., Carb:112 gr, Protein: 89 gr.

When I take my 4th meal I add peanut butter and some strawberry jam. After that, I gonna go to the gym.

  • 100 gr. – oats;
  • 2 scoops – whey;
  • 2 Tbsp – strawberry jelly;
  • 1 Tbsp – peanut butter.

Meal #5: Total Cal: 815 Fat: cal.12 gr, Carb:83 gr, Protein: 85 gr.

Dinner at Bonac is rice and some chicken breast.
Bonac takes food before the gym closes and goes to the gym to train one more time.

  • 300 grams of rice
  • 250 grams of chicken breasts
